A post was published on Sunday from the Instagram account of Nokia Mobile in France, in which information related to the Nokia G50 smartphone was leaked. Although the original post was deleted as soon as the news surfaced online, the screenshot was taken by NokiaMob.net and also included a teaser video containing information about the phone.
The Nokia G50 phone can knock in Blue and Midnight Sun color options. The Instagram post confirms that the phone will offer 5G connectivity and will have a 48-megapixel primary sensor and triple rear camera setup.
The design of the phone appears to be similar to the Nokia G10 and Nokia G20. In this, a waterdrop-style display notch and gradient finish can be seen on the back panel.
Nokia Brand License HMD Global has not yet disclosed any information related to the Nokia G50 smartphone. However, earlier reports had suggested that this would be Nokia’s most affordable 5G Nokia phone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, which could be a Snapdragon 480 processor. Nokia G50 phone can work on Android 11.
Talking about the price, the Nokia G50 phone can be priced at GBP 207 (approximately Rs 11,000) in the UK, which can be the price of the phone’s 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage variant, while the phone’s 4 GB RAM + 128 GB storage variant can be priced at Rs. The GB storage variant will cost AUD 477 (approximately Rs 25,400) in Australia. Apart from this, Forest Black color option can be found in the phone with two color options of Instagram.
HMD Global can officially introduce the Nokia G50 phone in the coming days. Although, no information regarding the launch has been made official yet, but it is believed that the phone can be launched before the release of James Bond movie No Time To Die film, HMD Global is the official partner of this film. The film will premiere on September 28 while it will be released in cinemas on September 30.
