Tauktae Cyclone has risen the death toll to 45 in Gujarat.
Cyclones have caused building and wall collapses all over Gujarat, Which led to these death numbers.
Scattered normal rains fell in the state from 6 to 8 in the morning.
The cyclone has caused great devastation in the whole of Gujarat. But the death toll from it is the most shocking. Hurricanes in the state (Gujrat cyclone) have increased the death toll. The death toll due to the hurricane in Gujarat has risen to 45. The deaths were caused by building collapses, falling trees, breaking walls, and being electrocuted.
Cyclone Tauktae has caused building and wall collapse all over Gujarat. Which has led to these deaths. Let’s take a look at the number of deaths:
15 deaths in Amreli (2 due to building collapse, 13 due to wall collapse)
8 deaths in Bhavnagar (including 2 due to falling trees, 2 due to building collapse, 3 due to falling wall, 1 due to falling roof)
8 deaths in Gir Somnath (including 2 due to falling trees, 1 due to building collapse, 4 due to falling wall, 1 due to falling roof)
5 deaths in Ahmedabad (including 2 due to electric shock, 2 due to falling wall, and 1 due to falling roof)
2 deaths in Kheda (both deaths due to electric shock)
1 death due to electric shock in Anand
1 death in Vadodara (column tower collapses)
1 death due to a falling tree in Surat
1 death wall collapses in Valsad
1 death wall collapses in Rajkot
1 death due to roof collapse in Navsari
1 death tree fell in Panchmahal
The state received scattered normal rains from 6 to 8 in the morning. Gujarat received normal rainfall in 11 talukas from 6 to 8 in the morning. Rainfall has decreased as the impact has lessened.
