Realme cancels May 4 launch event and anniversary celebrations, know the reason behind it…
Realme India CEO Madhav Seth gave this information through a tweet. In which he said that the company is delaying its upcoming launch and anniversary celebrations due to the unprecedented challenges going on in India. The tweet read, (Translated) “After careful consideration, realme has decided to delay its upcoming anniversary celebration as well as its AIoT product and smartphone. Focus on contributing as much as possible to us in this time of crisis. Must give. Stay home, stay strong. We will be back soon.”
Madhav Seth also attached a short note emphasizing all Indian citizens to follow relevant COVID-19 safety protocols. In the note, he wrote- “Requesting all to take care of your family and yourself. It is time for all of us to stand together and support each other as a community.”
After the cancellation of the May 4 event, the company did not give information about when this event will happen next. Perhaps the company will wait for the lockdown restrictions to be lifted before the launch date. The company’s anniversary celebrations used to take place every year in the month of May, which has been completely canceled this year. In this, the company brings sales with attractive offers.
